Competition for the Eurovision Song Contest
The Bundesvision Song Contest was first broadcasted in February 2005. Based on the Eurovision Song Contest, it was initiated by Stefan Raab for his television show "TV total". Each of the German competitors represent a German federal state. The winners have been - among others - „Juli” with „Geile Zeit” (2005), „Seeed” with „Ding” (2006), "Tim Bendzko" with „Wenn Worte meine Sprache wären“ (2011), "XAVAS" with "Schau nicht mehr zurück" (2012), "Bosse" with "So oder so" (2013), "Revolverheld" with "Lass uns gehen" (2014) and "Mark Foster" with "Bauch und Kopf" (2015).
