The ZDF show „Vier sind das Volk“ (Four are the Nation) is recorded at irregular intervals in the „Alte Wasserwerk“ (old waterworks) of Bonn, the German Parliament's plenary hall from 1986 to 1992. It shows in a satirical manner the procedures in the parliament, whereas Wigald Boning moderates the debates.
